In the following we will explain our activities step by step. In this manner we hope to give you a clear impression of our company.

- The searching of real-estate for our customer

After a consultation we will know what you are looking for (in terms of taste,style, second or first house; price indication). After discussing this with you we will immediately start to search for the house you have got in mind.The areas which we are specialised in are: La Drôme Provençale / Vaucluse / Ardeche. We will always keep you informed on the latest developments concerning recently found houses, by fax or e-mail.

- The visiting of the houses

As soon as we have found a number of houses for you, we will make an appointment to view these houses together. During your stay we can arrange temp. accommodation of your own choice. The costs of the accommodation are for your own expense.

- During the visiting of the houses

Of course we will be present during the visits to help you with any questions you may have about the house or e.g. the area. We conveniently speak English, Dutch and of course French fluently.

- Price negotiation

The price of a house can depend on many factors we will see to it that you will pay the right price. We would like to give you more information on this particular subject during our consultation

- Notaries

We employ well-qualified notaries, but if you would like to contract your own notary that is of course also possible. We have a list of several local notaries, we can bring you in contact with.

- Future plans for the area

Future plans belong to the main things we are concerned with when dealing with owner-occupied houses in France. We will investigate whether there are any building plans, TGV, highway etc. in the area of your house

- The area and the way of living

Through leaflets and during meetings we would like to tell you as much as possible about the area. Being long-term residents ourselves; we have a broad knowledge of the area.

- Insurances

Via our insurance contact you can get an all covering insurance e.g.: house car life etc. If you are interested, we will make an appointment as soon as possible.

- Renovation

We have a reliable and good companies for possible house-renovations. There are of course always other alternatives for renovating.

- Living in France
For the people who want to live in France we will explain which path to take, where they have to go. We will discuss topics like:  medical insurance, doctors and especially the paperwork.

- General topics

· tax in France, tax on houses
· banks and possible mortgage
· schools in the area

Additionally, we will of course answer any questions you may have.
